Rockstar describes Boobie Ike as a Vice City businessman whose interests include a club and recording studio. His partnership with Dre'Quan Priest centers on Only Raw Records. Dre'Quan has signed Real Dimez, the duo of Bae-Luxe and Roxy, as he pursues a larger place in the city's music scene.
What those connections tell us
Music is part of the announced character world, not just a soundtrack playing over it. The biographies connect performers, businesses and ambition. They do not by themselves establish a player-run record-label mode or a complete list of missions.
