The FAQ says Rockstar Store shipping confirmations include tracking links. Multiple items can arrive in separate packages. Availability from November 12 does not mean every parcel is delivered that day; shipping method and destination matter.

Prepare one useful support request

  • Find the order number and the exact store used.
  • Record the platform, edition and account region.
  • Copy the error message exactly if a code will not redeem.
  • Use the seller's private support form; never post a full code in a community thread.
