Standard Edition includes the game. Ultimate Edition adds a collection of vehicles, weapons, apparel, businesses, and other items threaded through Jason and Lucia's story. Standard owners can buy the digital Ultimate Edition Upgrade later.
What physical means here
Rockstar's support page says the physical Standard Edition box contains a digital download code, not a game disc. Retail shipping and pickup are expected to begin November 12 so buyers can redeem the code and pre-load before launch.
